What is a Whistleblowing Channel?

It is an internal system enabled by the company so that any person — employees, suppliers, collaborators or third parties — can report, in a secure and anonymous way, possible regulatory breaches, irregularities or inappropriate conduct within the organization.

This channel complies with the requirements set out in Law 2/2023 regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, as well as with Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament.

System features

• Guaranteed anonymity — We do not record your IP address or any identifying data. Your identity is protected at all times.
• End-to-end encryption — All information is transmitted securely and encrypted.
• No metadata logging — Attached files are processed removing any metadata that could identify the informant.
• Unique tracking code — When you submit your report you will receive an anonymous code to check the status of your case without revealing your identity.
• Informant protection — In accordance with article 2 of Law 2/2023, the confidentiality of the informant's identity is guaranteed.

How does it work?

1. You access the report form through the button below.
2. You fill in the details anonymously (no registration, no email, no identification).
3. You receive a unique tracking code to check the status of your case.
4. The team designated by the company investigates the report confidentially.
5. You can check the response and communicate anonymously using the tracking code.
