We accompanied the DIAMOND FOUNDRY promotor during their visit to the works of the synthetic diamond plant located in Trujillo

At ARRAM Consultores SL we feel fortunate to project and manage this exciting and innovative project for the synthetic diamonds manufacturing.
 
The project, which includes the design of the industrial building that will house the factory, the 132 kV high voltage line and the electrical substation, is progressing according to plan.
 
The ARRAM Consultores SL team is grateful for the trust placed in us by the promoters. We are delighted to be part of this project, whose activity will start in 2024 with the creation of 128 direct jobs in its first phase (300 in the overall project).

The works of the first phare consist of the construction of a 132 kV double circuit power line of 6.8 km, an electrical substation, a production and office building of 6.607 m² and a urbanised area of 22.700 m².

Once the first phae has been completed, the project will be completed with the construction of two production buildings that will provide a total buildt surface area of 19.613 m², for which a surface area of 29.000 m² will have to be prepared and developed, which added to that of phase 1 constitutes a total surface area of 51.700 m², within a plot of 82.574 m².

The planned investment for the first phase is 243 million euros and 670 millon euros once all the phases have been completed.

It is worth highlighting the sustainable nature of the diamond production, as both the photovoltaic plant project for electricity supply and the project for the reuase of wastewater from the wastewater treatment plants in the municipilaty of Trujillo are being developed in parallel.

The purpose of the latter is to use wastewater for industrial refrigeration after additional treatment.

It is therefore a pioneering project in the region and an example of production in line with sustainable development.
