This video is, not only, a record of our celebration, but also a reflection of Arram’s essence: a company with a strong commitment to quality, innovation, and customer service. An event full of emotions and recognition

Our president, Carlos Arce, reviewed the most important milestones in Arram’s history, and our CEO, Ángel Luis Arce, delivered a heartfelt speech, highlighting the passion and commitment of the entire team, followed by the presentation of awards to team members for their dedication and commitment over the past 35 years. After the speeches and awards, we all enjoyed a concert by Los Furriones, one of the most renowned folk groups in the region. The group performed a repertoire of traditional songs that enlivened the atmosphere for everyone present.

A Wine of Honour to toast the future

The celebration culminated with a Toast of Honour, where guests enjoyed a festive atmosphere. This dinner was an excellent opportunity to strengthen bonds of friendship and collaboration, and to toast to an even more prosperous future for Arram.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank our team and clients for their support and trust over the years. Without you, this journey would not have been possible.

The analysis of plants through digital twins represents a revolution in the design and optimization of industrial processes. These virtual twins are accurate three-dimensional replicas of real facilities, where elements such as machinery, workers, and materials are integrated, along with crucial production data.

One of the main benefits lies in the ability to obtain detailed plant information quickly and accurately. Parameters such as operational efficiency (OEE), identification of bottlenecks, production speed, and staff and storage requirements can be extracted from the digital twin. This information provides a clear view of plant inefficiencies and needs, enabling improvement decisions to be made with a high degree of certainty about the critical points to be addressed.

The digital twin not only represents a competitive advantage but is emerging as a necessity in today's engineering and industrial operations management landscape. In this plant, digital twin technology has been used to study the problems of a plant and test solutions prior to their implementation in the real plant. With this, a greater degree of certainty is achieved, as well as obtaining specific data on the implementation of the solution, such as the increase in production, ROI, or the viability of the solution.

Thanks to the digital twin, it has been possible to obtain plant design parameters prior to plant construction. In this case, the need for storage space in the salting chamber has been accurately determined for different input volumes, simulating various scenarios to obtain key parameters and metrics.
